Volvo V60 Station Wagon to be a Favorite for Families

Volvo finally showed off its family-friendly station wagon the V60, which the evolution of the brand’s V70 model. While it’s probably not going to surprise anyone when Volvo (or any car company for that matter) unveils a family vehicle like this V60 station wagon, Volvo still has pretty high expectations for sales as far as this model is concerned. In fact, they are projecting that family vehicles like the V60 will make up 10 percent or more of their total sales.   Volvo Car Group unveiled its all-new V60 station wagon, returning to a family-oriented model to bring back traditional customers after years of sport utility vehicles dominating the Swedish brand’s delivery growth.The V60, which will compete with BMW’s 3-Series Touring, Audi’s A4 Avant and the wagon variant of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, takes the manufacturer back to familiar territory. Slated for deliveries to begin shortly after production starts this spring, the model will succeed Volvo’s discontinued V70, long a popular vehicle for households in the carmaker’s home country.   Continue Reading Here
