1964 Dodge Dart 270. 225ci Slant Six with a push-button transmission. I bought this car in hopes of swapping the engine out, but ultimately gave up on that and kept it as a weekend driver. The previous owner did quite a bit of work and kept meticulous records, which I have. Feel free to ask questions if you're curious about anything. The only work I've done to it is a disk brake retro in the front, and made an attempt to refinish the armrests, which I will include. Engine bay and interior are very clean, newer stereo works great. All electrics work except the dome light, which i have the lens for. One of the two bad things about this car is the paint. It was apparently resprayed in the early 90's when paints transitioned to water-based, so there are some spots where its bubbling and starting to peel. Despite that, there's no rust that I can see. The second is push-buttons on the dash. The buttons stick occasionally, and after some research determined that some components in the push button assembly just need to be tightened. I never got around to it, but it seems like an easy enough job. I think this is an excellent car to customize.. drop a new engine in it, put it on bags, theirs a lot of possibilities!
