1988 Chevrolet Blazer K5 - $13,995.00

1988 K5 Blazer that I have owned for almost 7 years. The body and frame are rust free and completely solid. I am the 3rd owner. The first was an old man that barely drove it, the second was the Grandson of the original owner who basically used it as a work vehicle and put the majority of the miles on it. When I got the truck it had just over 50,000 original miles and a worn out 305 and a slipping 700r4 transmission. The young kid was pulling a 16ft trailer loaded with construction equipment and it just wore out the original drivetrain. Since my ownership I have done the following. Installed 355 ci Blueprint crate engine dyno sheet from factory was 342hp and 377 lb/ft Engine has a Holley 670 CFM TBI with a custom chip from Howell performance Replaced trans with re manufactured 700R4, 2100 stall converter and aggressive shift kit Re geared to 4.10 ratio with richmond gear ring and pinions. Installed Detroit True Trac limited slip in Rear 3 inch super lift brand lift - Add a leaf in front and blocks in rear with transfer case lowering Black steel wheeels with 33x12.50x15 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac Tires I replaced all wheel bearings, replaced entire steering system except pump and motor New front discs and pads along with resurfaced drums and new shoes in rear Installed warn locking hubs in front Stripped entire interior, repaired cracked driver side floor pan (common issue) Herculined entire floor pan Installed new carpet and door panels Made rear side panels from MDF and enpsulated them in bedliner Installed Pioneer head unit Rockford Fosgate Speakers and replaced the damaged center console with a sub I charged the A/C 4 years ago and it worked up until this year when I tried using it. It Will need re charged I'm sure that I'm leaving some things out, the truck drives great and will run down the highway at 80 mph with no issues. I have personally put less than 6000 miles on the truck since I've owned it. The speedometer registers much faster than it should.
