1983 Harley Davidson XR 750 was bought new off the showroom floor in Daytona in 1983 this 1000cc Harley was striped down and a XR 750. An alloy tank and fiberglass tail were added as well as two 19' wheels. The headlight removed to drive on the track at Daytona 1983-84 season and used as a mule to test tires and allow the then notable riders to thrash it out on the track saving the race prepared bike the wear and tear. This was used by Gene Church and his co-riders. This was bought out of a school bus used as storage Daytona racing history! This was called the winningest bike in history!
